Treasury shares
On 8 August 2014, the Company transferred 1,102 ordinary shares at £2.72 to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,222,086 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,314,920 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
