Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 14 November 2013 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 362,311 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,257,380.
As at the close of business on 14 November 2013, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
