Treasury shares
On 26 August 2016, the Company transferred a total of 26,134 shares as follows:
· 25,141 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme;
· 993 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 12,219,405 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,317,601 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
