Treasury shares
On 7 December 2016, the Company transferred to participant in the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 16,795 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £1.00 per exercise. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,838,706 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,698,300 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
