Treasury shares
On 7 November 2014, the Company transferred 21,128 ordinary shares to the ICAP Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy the exercise by one participant of the ICAP Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,185,729 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,351,277 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
