Treasury shares
On 2 September 2016, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 22,890 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 12,097,765 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,439,241 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
