Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 19 February 2014 it transferred to a participant in its 2011 Sharesave Scheme 1,982 ordinary shares at £3.79 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,707,521 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,829,485 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
