Treasury shares
On 20 November 2015, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 37,766 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,114,467 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,422,539 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
