Treasury shares
On 6 December 2016, the Company transferred to a participant in the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 3,149 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £1.00. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,855,501 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,681,505 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
