Treasury shares
On 7 August 2015, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 38,093 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,753,711 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,783,295 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
