ICAP PLC05 April 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 4 April 2007 it transferred to participants in its2003 Sharesave Scheme 5,192 ordinary shares at £1.682 and 451 ordinary shares toparticipants in its 2006 Sharesave Scheme at £3.88. These shares were previouslyheld as treasury shares.
