Treasury shares
On 4 November 2016, the Company transferred a total of 3,308 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,896,721 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,640,285 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
