Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 9 December 2013 it transferred to a number of participants in its 2010 Sharesave Scheme 4,375 ordinary shares at £2.88 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,813,052 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,723,954 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
