DCC plc announces that on 14 June 2010, 24,864 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription price paid for these shares ranged from €10.25 to €16.70 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,107,903 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 5,121,501 shares held in treasury.
