Regus plc Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 23rd March 2010 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 260,162 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 816,336.
As at close of business on 23rd March 2010, the Company had 950,153,486 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
