EFG-Hermes Holding S.A.E Announcement  EFG-Hermes announces its Intention to Buy up to 5 million Treasury Shares

EFG-Hermes Holding Company has notified the Egyptian Capital Market Authority of its intention to buy up to 5 million treasury shares during the period starting today November 17th 2008 to December 16th 2008. This comes after the announcement of the completion of the buyback of 10 million shares (intention announced on 25th September 2008) and the subsequent completion of the buyback of a further 5 million shares (intention announced on 23rd October 2008),
