Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 27th March 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 120,627 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 2,975,654.
As at close of business on 27th March 2009, the Company had 947,994,168 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
