TRANSFER OF CONVERTIBLE LOAN NOTES

Nautilus Marine Services PLC (AIM: NAUT), announces that on 9 January 2019, the Company received notice that Caleura Limited transferred its Convertible Loan Notes (as defined and described in the Company's AIM Admission Document published on 16 January 2017) over a maximum of 6,523,860 ordinary shares in the Company to their affiliated company Aeterna Capital Fund II, LLC as part of a tax-free reorganization.
