Interior Services Group PLC11 April 2006 Interior Services Group plc Notification Of Transactions Of Directors The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that Mr IanStephen Trotter, a director of the Company, has exercised an option over 15,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the Company Share Option Planand an option over 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under theUnapproved Company Share Option Plan. The date of grant of the options was 20September 2002 at an option price of 200p per share. Mr Trotter sold the shareson 10 April 2006 at a price of 288p per share.
