Transaction in Own Shares
On 22 May 2009 Trikona TC, through Evolution Securities Limited, purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 51.4 pence per ordinary share. The ordinary shares purchased will be held for cancellation.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase and cancellation, (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 228,550,200.
