The Company announces that it has today purchased 69,296 Growth shares for cancellation at 286.48 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Growth shares in issue total 69,700,342

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 45,678 Income shares for cancellation at 150.16 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 100,424,084.
