Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 September 2016 it purchased 161,800 of the Company's own Ordinary shares at a price of 102.25 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 35,824,744 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
