Purchase of the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2009 it purchased for cancellation 39,038 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 49.62p pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,946,257 Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
