Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 12 February 2007 it purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 71.25 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 39,009,922 Ordinary Shares in issue.
