Transaction in Own Shares

PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Shares The Company announces that on 8 April 2014 it purchased in the market 250,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,090 pence pershare for cancellation. The Company also announces the purchase on 8 April 2014 of 240,000 redeemableshares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 1,050 pence per share forcancellation. Following these transactions, there are 33,582,013 Ordinary Shares and32,772,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 3,939,000 ordinary shares and 5,201,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 12.1% of the shares thenoutstanding.
