Transaction in Own Shares

12 January 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-

Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 12 January 2016, it purchased 400,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1,128.5669 pence per share (minimum price of 1,115 pence and maximum price of 1,138 pence).

The shares purchased will be cancelled.
