Following this transaction, the Company holds 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares astreasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding sharesheld as treasury shares) is 124,961,196. The Company also announces that it received notification on 17 November 2006that, on the same date, Ian Battersby, a director of the Company, acquired150,000 Ordinary Shares at 16.75p per share and is now interested in 323,500Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26 per cent. of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company (excluding the 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares held by theCompany as treasury shares).
