The Company announces that on 9 September 2014, it purchased 77,081 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital at a price of 130.50 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 64,168,112 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
