Tottenham Hotspur PLC28 February 2006 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in Own Shares Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up forshareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ("SmallShareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholdershave tendered a further 2,035 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost DealingFacility prior to the dealing date of 28 February 2006 and the Company hasbought for cancellation 2,035 ordinary shares at 47p per share.
