TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that it has purchased 11,786 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 90.0 pence per share and transferred them into treasury.

The Company now holds a total of 1,423,766 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,589,714.
