Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 18 November 2011 it purchased 200,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 78.15 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 42,739,727 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
