REA announces that it purchased (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 1,246 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 480p per share on 13 June 2014.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 2,246 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,082,023 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
