Purchase of Own Securities
On 30 August 2023, the Company purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 967.7435p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 227,175,666 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue. The Monks Investment Trust PLC will hold 25,995,794 ordinary shares in Treasury.
