Transaction in own shares
REA announces that, pursuant to the authority granted at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 11 June 2013, it purchased on 4 December 2013 (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 400 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 440p per share.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 1,928 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,083,341 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
