Transaction in own shares

 

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) announces that on 14 November 2011 it purchased through Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited 9,091 of its ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") at a price per Share of 72.25 pence. Following the purchase, the Company holds 363,273 Shares in treasury and has 90,925,281 Shares in issue (excluding Shares held in treasury).

 

The above figure of 90,925,281 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
