Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 12,003 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 795.1 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,610,337 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,679,083.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 51,180 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 82.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,218,085 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 81,277,310.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
