PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES
The Company announces that on 10 July 2014 it purchased 20,000 C shares at a price of 100 pence per share to be held in Treasury.
As the shares purchased will be held in Treasury there will be no change to the number of shares in issue. There are now 16,307,547 ordinary shares, 11,329,107 C shares and 1,991,990 D shares in issue of the Company.
