The highest price paid for these shares was 204 pence and lowest price paid was 203 pence. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 782,000 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 83,544,679 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
