Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 January 2009 it purchased for cancellation 30,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 46.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,051,190 Ordinary Shares in issue.
