London Security plc announces that on 27 January it purchased 300 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1300 pence per share.
The purchase equates to approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital at that time.
Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,270,248.
