Share buy back

Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that on 22 July 2008 it purchased  1,100,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 84.9455p. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 25,650,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 523,386,141  common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
