Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that Sanne Trust Company Limited, as trustees of the Impax Asset Management Group plc Employee Benefit Trust 2012 (the "EBT"), purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 36 pence per Share on 12 June 2013.

Following these purchases, the EBT holds 16,084,143 Shares, representing 12.59% of the Company's current voting rights.
