bwin.party announces that on 27 November 2013 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 200,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 127.95 pence per share. The highest price paid was 128.55 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 127.30 pence per share.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 817,698,404 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 814,411,518 (total number of shares in issue minus 3,286,886 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
