RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 27th June 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 19,057 Ordinary Shares at the prices of €16.19 and €16.58 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £15.54 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 6,206,925 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 837,183,413.
