The Company announces that it has today purchased 54,208 ordinary shares into Treasury at 462.21 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 60,932,725 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 220,701,185. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
