Transaction in Own Shares

 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Transaction in Own SharesThe Company announces that on 15 January 2013 its broker, Canaccord Genuity, purchased on its behalf 40,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 24.90 pence per share. These purchases were made pursuant to the close period share repurchase programme, as announced on 4 January 2013. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,401,772 of its shares in Treasury and has 495,649,223 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
