Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that on 21 July 2008 it purchased 550,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 84p. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 24,550,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 524,486,141 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
