Darktrace plc (DARK.L) ("Darktrace") announces that on 6 March 2023 it purchased the following number of Darktrace ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("the Shares") on the Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock Exchange) pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, the details of which were announced on 1 February 2023.

Number of Shares repurchased: 207,921 shares

Date of transaction: 6 March 2023

Average price paid per Share: 263.8396 pence per share

Lowest price paid per Share: 258.3 pence per share

Highest price paid per Share: 270.6 pence per share

Broker: Jefferies International Limited

Darktrace intends to cancel the repurchased Shares.
