The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 3 June 2009 it purchased for cancellation 70,008 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.97 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,985,295 Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
