Following the above transaction the Company's capital consists of 33,517,989Ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 536,072 'D' Ordinary share of 1 pence each and601,376 'E' Ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Chrysalis VCT plc is 34,655,437.
